ENJOY “PEACE OF MIND” PROTECTION

(Included with every Home Rental)

  • Covers accidental damage up to $1,000 limit. (Does not cover intentional damage.)
  • Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence, and always prior to check-out to be eligible for protection.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Self Check-in: 4 pm on the day of arrival by keyless entry using a door code sent prior to arrival.
  • Check-out is no later than 10 am on the day of departure. Your keypad code is set to allow you access only for the dates and times reserved. Be sure to remove your personal belongings and exit the bungalow by 10 am.

PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS

  • For reservations 45 days prior to check-in, a deposit of 50% is required by credit card at the time of booking.
  • Any remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, charged automatically to the payment method on file.
  • Reservations made 45 days or less before check-in will pay the full booking amount at time of reservation.
  • Total payment includes nightly rental rate, reservation fee, cleaning fee and taxes.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

  • Cancellation must be received no later than 45 days prior to check-in, submitted in writing by email to: info@galvestonbungalows.com
  • Qualified refunds will include all monies paid, less a $125 administration fee, to the credit card used for the initial payment.
  • There are no date changes or partial refunds allowed. We do not refund payments or adjust your reserved dates for inclement weather, weather-related events, or acts of God beyond our control.

REQUIREMENTS/ RESTRICTIONS

  • The primary registered guest must be at least 25 years old and must be an occupant during the entire stay.
  • Occupancy: Max. 10 guests, including adults (max. 6 adults), teens, children, and infants.
  • No smoking (including vaping) is allowed inside the home or on the elevated decks.
  • Pets (including service animals) are not permitted.
  • Parties, weddings, reunions, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

SEASONS/HOLIDAYS/ SPECIAL EVENTS

  • Low Season: Jan., Feb., Mar., Nov., Dec. – 2 Night Minimum
  • Shoulder Season: Apr., May, Sept., Oct. – 2 Night Minimum
  • High Season: June, July, Aug. – 3 Night Minimum
  • MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor Day, 3 Day
    Holidays – 3 Night Minimum
  • 4th of July Period – 5 Night Minimum
  • Spring Break Week – 7 Night Minimum
  • Thanksgiving, Christmas to New Years – 4 Night
